The house is named 7N2, a house that was renovated by the architect of Mexico’s popular, Anonimous-LED, which has a beautiful design and adorned with many ornamental bamboo.

The main feature of the room two-storey house, open with artificial bamboo forest on the water. Good lighting makes an unforgettable sight at night.

This is an established holiday home in the city of Piracicaba, about 250km from Sao Paulo. The house is intended to serve as a meeting point for families whose members are scattered in various cities throughout the state.

This house has an area of 2000 m2 (21,500 ft2) of land resulting from the merger of two angles on a lot in the gated condominiums.

Not only the home position which takes into account the contours of sloping land, but also orientation (North), to provide bedrooms and social areas to sunlight is the best.

Distribution on 3 floors arranged in an axis perpendicular to allow transfer of land to be solved naturally, and make the park accessible from every floor, which consists of:

Low soil, underground spring and is positioned in the lowest level of the ground, parallel to contour lines, home storage area, mechanical room and garage that stands on the pillars of the grid.

Flow Apartments involves 8 “terrace-style” houses (3 & 4 bedrooms over 2 storeys) to the riverfront boundary with a 7 storey apartment building located on the rear street boundary facing the river. A large open space that results between the buildings offers recreation spaces including reflection and swimming pools and large shaded lawn spaces.

The design is formed by a collection of sweeping and billowing forms with the apartments arranged for complete privacy, yet allowing full advantage to be taken of both the immediate and long distance views. The plan form also incorporates generous outdoor living areas and bedrooms to ensure the enjoyment and comfort of the outdoor sub-tropical lifestyle and enable 270 degree views throughout.
